Engineer II – Process Development

Your primary role will be to support the engineering team by enabling the process development and scale-up of programs to external partners. You will be involved in the early-stage hands-on process development of new programs to optimize a scalable and robust production process from seed train through purification of final product. You will design and execute statistically powered experiments to optimize and define process parameters for increased productivity and large-scale suitability. In addition to design, execution, and analysis of your own experiments you will also assist in the external transfer of methods and protocols to CDMOs and serve as person-in-plant to ensure the success of our production runs at pilot scale.
